When you contact us or place an order, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, preferred PUDO locker, order details and correspondence. Account details are processed if you create an account. Information needed to fulfil an order may be shared with delivery providers, including PUDO/The Courier Guy, and with providers supporting our hosting, payment processing, communications and business administration. We may also disclose information when required by law. Information should only be used for the purpose for which it is supplied. Where a provider processes information outside South Africa, applicable POPIA requirements for cross-border transfers apply.
Cookies and third-party services
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as maintaining your shopping cart, login and checkout.
